KAYAKING
Explore the creeks of the James River by kayak. See nature first hand with commonplace sightings of bald eagles, osprey, blue heron, egrets, song birds, deer, racoons and more. There is also private access to Presquille Wildlife Refuge.
Boat shuttles are provided to gain access to more remote and accesible by kayak only creeks. Exploration can be either guided or unguided.
Try your hand at some James River kayak fishing where you can expect to catch bluegill, largemouth bass, catfish, perch and crappie.
